BURG means CASTLE in German and we think the name itself reflects well on a long tradition of making beer in Germany over the last many centuries.

 

BURG is today brewed in Germany and 2 other European markets to meet demand from diffrent regions. But the principle is the same wherever in Europe we produce: to follow the strict principles of brewing beers according to the German traditions.

 

The making of great beer requires a good quality mix of the 4 important ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast and of course good craftsmanship in the brewery in order to master the whole complex brewing process.

 

We see to that BURG is always brewed according to the highest standards, among others by monitoring the supply of malt & hops, that is always sourced in Europe.

 

Each BURG label carry it’s own taste and characteristic - meeting different demands from beer drinkers.

 

We meet all the highest quality standards set in the brewing industry, and can offer you all the well-known international certifications, required by authorities globally.
